Pectinase cas 9032-75-1 introduction:
Pectinase is purified from Aspergillus Niger by fermentation.
The appearance is a light yellow powder, known as one of the four enzyme preparations.
In fact, pectinase does not specifically refer to a certain enzyme, but a general term for a class of enzymes that decompose pectin, including galacturonases, pectinolytic enzymes and pectin lipases.
